Groundsheet turns what the public record knows about a parcel into a report a person can actually read: flood and fire, water and wells, septic, easements, what is next door and what is coming. Rural Property Report is its front door for land outside town.

Room 527 designed the report, the sketched parcel that explains what is being checked where, the five-step fire scale, and the sites. The design job was to make a stack of records feel like one calm document, so the reader finishes it and knows what to ask next.
